Summary:
The Pricing Specialist creates and delivers pricing quotes to partners quickly and with accuracy. The Pricing Specialist is responsible for being resourceful, detail-oriented, and maintaining up to date information from suppliers in order to provide the best partner experience during the pre-sales process. Pricing Specialists may be assigned to general supplier pricing or to a carrier or cable specialization.
Essential Job Duties:
- Submit quote into supplier system/process, track actions, and follow up until quotes are delivered
- Quickly provide responses, updates, and quotes within SLA
- Provide supplier recommendations upon partner request
- Submit and track deal registration
- Review and update quote record in CRM tool
- Provide contract upon partner request
- Manage all quote opportunities assigned
- Communicate complex information to partner in an easy-to-understand way
- Effectively make educated recommendations to partners based on knowledge gained from supplier and team trainings
- Maintain effective working relationships with sales teams in-region, and attend sales calls when needed
- Carrier pricing specialist will quote AT&T/ACC, Verizon, Lumen, Mobility
- Cable pricing specialist will quote all cable suppliers, working within the CableFinder tool (coax/fiber)
- General supplier pricing specialists (non-carrier, non-cable) will quote all other suppliers
- Act as backup support for other team members as required
- Attend all company and team meetings.
- Participate in training sessions and product introductions with suppliers to effectively make educated recommendations to partners
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- 3 or more years of customer service experience required
- Greenville candidates must be able to work the hours of 9:30 am - 6:30 pm EST to cover the Central Time Zone.
- Ability to successfully perform daily job responsibilities with direction from leadership
- Resourceful attitude and the ability to find answers and solve problems
- Team player who can manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally
- Acute attention to detail required
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally
Preferred:
- 2+ years of telecommunications or equivalent industry experience preferred
- RPM experience preferred
- CableFinder experience preferred
- Experience working with carrier/cable suppliers preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
- Greenville candidates must be able to work the hours of 9:30 am - 6:30 pm EST to cover the Central Time Zone.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Compensation:
Compensation: $45,000 - $53,000
Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
