Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
The Integrity Operations Manager, Automation Business Area will be a part of the Automation Legal & Integrity (L&I) team and will report to Head of Integrity, Automation. The purpose of this role is to support Head of Integrity with the coordination and implementation of the Business Area integrity program, to ensure its effectiveness and driving simplification. The role will work closely with the L&I team, business and functions within Automation, the other ABB business areas and group ABB colleagues on integrity program topics.

This role is contributing to the business area L&I function globally. Main stakeholders are L&I, other functions, business, group and other business area colleagues.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Lead or support (as applicable) the development, coordination and implementation of the Automation integrity program, coordinating with the L&I team and other stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across the business.
Lead or support (as applicable) in the design, oversight, and implementation of strategic business area level communications and training plans to effectively drive an ethical culture and engagement across all stakeholder groups within the business.
Collaborate with the L&I team to develop localized change initiatives taking into consideration local cultures and norms to ensure effective implementation and application.
Work with various corporate functions, including the group ABB investigations and monitoring team and business area teams to review, analyze and create reports and presentations on investigations, integrity program and integrity performance data for management reporting.
Provide guidance, support and expertise to L&I and other stakeholders on implementation of policies and procedures including the ABB Code of Conduct, third party risk management, conflict of interest, gifts and hospitality, donations and sponsorship.
Support L&I colleagues and other stakeholders to monitor operational integrity matters, such as transaction and entity risks and due diligence reports, and collaborate on holistic risk mitigation strategies and action plans, leveraging AI and technology.
Lead and manage global projects related to compliance initiatives to ensure their effective implementation across the business in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Identify and implement integrity best practice within Automation.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Education: preferably a degree in law / accounting / audit such as LLB / CPA / CIA or equivalent.
8+ years’ experience in compliance operations and program management in a multinational corporation, reputed law firms or consulting firms.
Knowledge and experience of AI and data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Experience in integrity program design, implementation and process improvement.
Excellent communication, change management and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to internal stakeholders, including senior managers.
Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Self-starting, independent and motivated individual with a strong sense of integrity to operate with minimal supervision in a dynamic and multicultural work environment and ability to multi-task with efficiency.
