The Role
As an Integrity Assurance Analyst, you will be carrying out various daily tasks related to network Integrity and security issues. Your responsibilities will include decisions taken based on expert reports and detailed integrity analyses, day-to-day communications with different teams with the only goal to provide a secure product, procedures, and processes preparation and implementation aiming to strengthen network integrity. You will be also providing daily, weekly and monthly reports. Attention to detail, proactiveness, and good presentation skills will come in handy in your daily contact with teams across the company. We aim to ensure that the live sports statistics collected are not affected by illegal improvements or external interests. The main task of our team is prevention against violation of the quality and reliability of the product we offer to our customers, in all sports, 24/7.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries related to all kinds of feed/coverage manipulations
- Creating and implementing integrity procedures or technical solutions for various departments
- Regularly tracking and analyzing the integrity procedures set in place
- Investigating integrity cases and making subsequent decisions based on thorough analysis
- Conducting regular training sessions with the network and operational teams
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge in a variety of sports
- Extensive knowledge of the global betting landscape
- Proficient in Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and skills in data analytics
- High accuracy
- Flexible and resourceful
