This position, based in Turkey, reports to the Regional Head of Integrity & Compliance – META and Egypt. The role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of Arcera’s Integrity & Compliance Program in Turkey. Acting as a key partner to local business units, the Integrity & Compliance Manager ensures operations align with Arcera’s values of ethics, transparency, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify risks, strengthen controls, promote a culture of integrity, and ensure local practices meet both Turkish regulations and Arcera’s global standards.
Main duties
Integrity & Compliance Program Support:
- Support the deployment and enhancement of the I&C Program in Turkey, ensuring alignment with regional and global compliance frameworks.
- Contribute to the identification and assessment of compliance risks and support the implementation of appropriate mitigation controls.
- Conduct compliance reviews and internal control assessments related to HCP/HCO interactions, engagements, and transfers of value, ensuring proper documentation and approvals, and reporting findings to the Regional Head of Integrity and Compliance – META & Egypt.
- Coordinate with People & Culture to support conflict of interest disclosures and evaluations, and ensure proactive management of actual or perceived conflicts.
- Support Third Party compliance risk management activities, including due diligence, screening, contract compliance, and monitoring.
- Organize and deliver compliance training programs tailored to employee roles, maintaining accurate training records and ensuring audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the Head of Privacy and relevant stakeholders to support the implementation of data privacy requirements in Turkey.
- Assist in the localization and rollout of compliance policies and procedures, incorporating local legal and regulatory requirements.
Compliance Advisory:
- Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to business units and functional teams, ensuring activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, enabling compliant execution of business strategies and initiatives, and internal control improvements..
Compliance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Conduct regular monitoring activities to assess adherence to the I&C Program and internal controls and report findings to Regional Compliance.
- Prepare compliance reports for the Compliance Committee.
- Support the management of speak-up channels, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of reported concerns.
- Assist in investigations of compliance incidents, working closely with relevant functions to ensure appropriate resolution and documentation.
- Coordinate with People & Culture and other functions to support disciplinary and corrective actions when necessary.
Team Collaboration & Development:
- Collaborate with other members of the I&C team in the META Region and Globally, as well as external advisors and auditors to share insights, best practices, and support cross-regional initiatives.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture by supporting team development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts.
Corporate Governance:
- Promote a strong compliance and integrity mindset across the organization, reinforcing Arcera’s values and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with I&C team members across META and globally, as well as external advisors and auditors, to share insights and support cross-regional initiatives.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture by supporting team development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts.
Compliance Communication and Awareness
- Contribute to awareness initiatives by preparing and sharing compliance-related updates, guidance, and training materials.
- Support planning and execution of compliance-related events.
Key Skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical industry codes (IFPMA, EFPIA, PhRMA) and healthcare compliance regulations.
- Broad understanding of local and regional compliance and pharmaceutical industry risks.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: University degree in Law, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, ETHICS, IFCA) preferred.
- Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance and/or Legal, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven record in compliance monitoring and incident investigations.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools.
- Commitment to continuous learning and mentoring of peers and junior team members.
- Team-oriented, promoting integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct.
