The purpose of the Assistant Integrator is to coordinate dependencies between the Lab and stakeholders external to the Lab such as other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions and 3rd parties, this may include supporting complex and high-risk implementations. The Job Description Assistant Integrator sits at Lab-or Platform-level and covers both business and technology change.Role responsibilities:
• Develops the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with the PO and aligned to the Lab backlog
• Catalogues and supports the management of dependencies between the lab and other teams
• Works with stakeholders outside of the lab to ensure interlock to enable the lab to deliver at pace
• Identifies blockers to delivery and where possible mitigates / resolves, escalating to integrators / product owner(s) where required
• Supports interaction between key business stakeholders and suppliers (3rd Party)
• Supports complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery
• Coordinates the integration process and / or implementation events across shared infrastructure (e.g. Upgrading the Mainframe); leads on the SI process, coordinating parties to get the change over the line

Carries out prescribed client management activities and provides support to others by following existing procedures.
Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.
Delivers prescribed outcomes and/or provides support services while operating within the organisation's established regulatory and governance systems and protocols.
Responds to individual and team objectives and invests in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities.
Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities.
Delivers required outcomes and serves as the primary point of contact while working under guidance within an established contract management plan and coordinating activities performed by subcontractors and suppliers.
Supports others by using strategic planning systems and protocols.
Provides information and clarification on existing procedures, processes and precedents.
Skills Required
- 3 to 6 years relevant experience
- Experience coordinating integration across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Supplier and third‑party management experience
- Project management experience and ability to follow existing project procedures
- Experience with risk management and change management systems
- Ability to sequence integration tasks aligned to a product backlog and work with a Product Owner
- Experience coordinating implementations across shared infrastructure (e.g., upgrading the mainframe) and leading SI/process coordination
- Strong stakeholder communication, client management, and coordination skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and delivering under a contract management plan
