At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we’re building the technology that powers local commerce across restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers in dozens of markets. Our integrations are a critical part of how merchants connect their systems to Wolt, and how we scale high-quality experiences for consumers, partners, and local teams.
As a Technical Account Manager (I4), you’ll join our Integrations team and take ownership of a defined portfolio of regions and partners. You’ll work closely with local commercial teams, product and engineering, and external integration partners to bring new integrations live, improve existing ones, and make sure everything runs smoothly at scale. This is a hands-on full-time role where you’ll build strong technical foundations while having real impact on market performance.
What you’ll be doingIn this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality integrations and supporting their success end-to-end. You’ll combine technical understanding, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to move integrations from scoping to live, while continuously improving how we work as a team.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:- Manage new integrations and integration partners in Israel, taking full responsibility for delivery and outcomes
- Scope, coordinate, and deliver new integrations, ensuring quality and speed within agreed timelines
- Support and iterate on existing integrations by using Wolt’s API features to improve performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot integration issues independently and escalate effectively when topics are complex or outside your control
- Act as a technical point of contact for local teams and external integrators, clearly explaining Wolt’s APIs and capabilities
- Maintain strong project management hygiene (documentation, Monday boards, meeting notes, follow-ups)
- Drive adoption of new features by identifying the right partners and venues and guiding them to go live
- Bring feedback and integration needs from partners and markets into product discussions and requests
- Spend part of your time contributing to process improvements, efficiency gains, and practical AI use cases for the team
We don’t expect you to know everything on day one, but we do expect curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn.
You’ll likely succeed in this role if you:
- Have early experience in a technical, operational, or partner-facing role (e.g. integrations, technical support, implementation, solutions, or similar)
- Are comfortable working with APIs and technical concepts, and can explain them clearly to non-technical audiences
- Have strong project management skills and enjoy keeping things structured and moving forward
- Can work independently, take ownership of your portfolio, and execute with minimal guidance
- Communicate clearly and build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Understand (or are eager to learn) how technical solutions impact business metrics like order volume, errors, cancellations, and operational cost
- Are proactive about improving ways of working and open to experimenting with new tools, including AI
A role with real ownership and impact from day one, you’ll be trusted to run your own portfolio
Hands-on exposure to APIs, integrations, and real-world technical problem solving at scale
A steep learning curve and clear development path within Wolt’s product and technology ecosystem
Close collaboration with talented colleagues across product, engineering, commercial, and operations
The opportunity to influence how integrations are built and improved across multiple markets
A supportive, low-ego culture that values clarity, autonomy, and continuous improvement
Competitive compensation, benefits, and the chance to grow with one of Europe’s leading tech companies
Next stepsAfter applying, you can expect an initial screening conversation to get to know you and your background, followed by interviews focusing on problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, and technical understanding. There will also be a case study where you will be asked to demonstrate your technical understanding and problem solving skills. The process is designed to be transparent and conversational, with plenty of space for you to ask questions and learn more about Wolt and the role.
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities.
