Job Purpose
Provides analytical and project support for Integrated Supply and Implementation processes.
Responsibilities
Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of customer implementation projects.
Analyze key customer metrics for improvement opportunities.
Assist Implementation Team members with completion of Site Assessment reports and analysis.
Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities.
Follow up on project task assignments to ensure that activities are completed on time.
Monitor performance of project post-implementation.
Perform other duties and/or projects assigned.
Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others.
Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately.
Education, Experience, & Ability Requirements
Any combination of requirements which provide knowledge & abilities necessary to perform:
High school diploma plus two-year college degree or High School diploma and 5 years' experience in a business office.
Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product, and the ability to learn MRC specific software.
Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support.
Demonstrate excellent customer service.
50% travel required.

Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
Must have a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times.
Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries.
Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
