This role requires someone with a strong background in Enterprise SaaS Product Management, preferably within the CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a technical product or in a technical role, enabling them to collaborate effectively with engineers and external partners to deliver valuable integrations.

If you’re passionate about delivering world-class integrations, have a strong product sense, and enjoy building strategic partnerships, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of LeanData’s integrations, from concept to launch and adoption

  • Identify, prioritize, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute against the product roadmap

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners to create high-value integrations

  • Drive product adoption and track success metrics, iterating based on customer insights.

  • Conduct market research to identify integration opportunities that enhance LeanData’s value proposition

  • Translate technical and functional requirements into customer benefits and business impact

  • Evaluate trade-offs and ensure optimal product decisions based on technical feasibility and business value

  • Leverage the Voice of the Customer and internal cross-functional input to understand and prioritize feature development

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Management at an Enterprise SaaS company

  • Proven leadership and track record delivering against project commitments with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience within the CRM ecosystem

  • Technical fluency – ability to collaborate effectively with Software Engineers

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions

  • Ability to drive projects independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong product sense with the ability to prioritize features and understand market, competition, and user needs

  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem solver

  • Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Why work at LeanData:

  • Stock options in LeanData for all full-time employees

  • Flexible PTO

  • Employee insurance premiums up to 90%

  • 401K plan
