Integrations Operations Specialist

We are seeking a talented Integration Operations Specialist to join our team at Foodics. In this role, you will drive seamless integrations between Foodics and third-party platforms, ensuring our partners unlock the full value of our ecosystem. You’ll need a sharp analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities—particularly in simplifying complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This position is a unique blend of business and technology. It gives you the chance to deepen your expertise in F&B industry solutions and B2B system integrations while serving as the go-to technical advisor for our partners. You’ll expand your skills in both technical consulting and stakeholder management—without being required to code daily—while still being recognized as the integration expert within the ecosystem.

• Guide partners and service providers on best practices for Foodics API integrations.
• Lead technical discussions with B2B partners and manage communications with external companies.
• Run daily meetings with global partners and stakeholders, providing technical support and advising on Foodics Marketplace listings.
• Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and validation of integrations to ensure compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, etc.) to support the rollout of new features impacting integrations.
• Manage a wide variety of integration use cases, including Online Ordering, Loyalty, Accounting, ERP, Delivery Management, Digital Receipts, Table Payments, and Reservations.
• Research industry trends and competitive solutions to identify and recommend optimal integration strategies.
• Gather and document technical requirements, providing expert recommendations on design and implementation.
• Ensure all integrations adhere to compliance standards and deliver seamless implementation between Foodics and partner systems.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in integrations, technical consulting, or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions.
• Hands-on experience with API and webhook monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) and ticketing/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Proven ability to manage complex integration projects in enterprise environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
  

• Familiarity with the F&B industry and related platforms (e.g., online ordering, delivery management, loyalty, accounting, ERP).
• Understanding of programming languages and integration platforms.
• Proficiency in data mapping and middleware technologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
