Integrations Manager

I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Understand the integration process in details in every step. 

• Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle. 

• Plan and coordinate integration project from design and development to production. 

• Implement continuous improvement practices. 

• Analyze and handle all issues and change requests. 

• Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product. 

• Monitor deliverables on a daily basis, identify critical points and obstacles. 

• Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project. 

• Develope strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project. 

• Hold meetings with customers on weekly/monthly basis to review open issues, performance and updates. 

• Key point of contact for the customer. 

• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. 

• Create and maintain relevant documentation. 

• Maintain transparent communication with immediate manager, with respect to work undertaken and ensure that performance standards/expectations should not get breached. 

• Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing tasks and projects. 

• Provide timely progress reports and seek guidance as needed to ensure efficient workflow. 

• Attend & contribute to team huddles, meetings & ad hoc meetings when required. 

• Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the achievement of department and organizational goals. 

II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHIP 

• In his/her everyday work the Integrations Manager is subordinate to his/her superior or to the Managing Director of the Company, according to the approved Company’s organizational chart. 

• Work closely with all relevant parties both inside and outside of the company. 

III. REQUIREMENT 

• Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues 

• Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL 

• Strong troubleshooting skills 

• Experience with complex integrated systems 

• SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience  

• Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel 

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls 

• Experience with – Jenkins, Git, Jira, Bamboo, JMeter. 

• Fluency in English.
