The Digital Solutions team within Intralox, LLC has an opening for an Integrations Manager. This role will report to the Digital Solutions ERP Practice Manager. In addition to people management this role will also act as the Integrations Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of integration professionals, including an architect, developer, and contract resources.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment where talented people can thrive.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members and hold effective and timely planning and performance reviews.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with Enterprise & Solutions Architecture, as well as Business relationship managers to develop and execute a strategic integrations roadmap using Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • The roadmap should be resilient and robust, supporting large and complex implementations as well as steady-state business needs. Key systems involved include core Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Microsoft Dynamics, Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Cloud. Additionally, the integrations extend to both B2B and B2C applications, including data integrations with single sign-on (SSO) capabilities.

OIC Program Management:

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and execute the overall OIC program strategy related to business vital few projects.
  • Effectively coordinate multiple OIC projects and initiatives across business verticals.
  • End to end ownership of Integration projects from initiation through execution including project documentation, communications, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Establish governance processes for program oversight.
  • Communicate effectively to all upstream and downstream stakeholders, delivering the right information to the right stakeholders at the right time.
  • Develop strong relationships with critical partners to anticipate, mitigate, and elevate program risks and trade-offs.
  • Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies.

Solution Delivery:

  • Accountable for the design, development, and implementation of OIC-based integration solutions that meet the needs of our business and promote stability of our systems.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay current with OIC features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team during solution design and development.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with Oracle representatives and vendors to optimize OIC usage.
  • Evaluate new OIC features and recommend adoption strategies.

Managed Services:

  • Accountable for knowledge transfer to managed services team responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution.

Oracle Upgrade and Patch Management:

  • Accountable for planning and execution of OIC upgrades and patches in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Ensure monitoring of release notes and security advisories to stay informed about updates.
  • Ensure upgrades and patches are properly tested in non-production environments.
  • Implement change management processes for upgrades.

Performance Metrics:

  • Define and track KPIs related to integration performance, uptime, and efficiency.
  • Regularly report on team performance and project status.

Change Management:

  • Drive change management initiatives related to OIC adoption.
  • Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in integration architecture, development, and administration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • 5+ years' experience with Service Oriented Architecture and RESTful Architecture, Microservices Architecture, and web services.
  • 5+ years' experience with BOOMI and OIC platforms.
  • Experience managing both project and operation support teams/workloads using ServiceNow for OIC/BOOMI platforms.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Enterprise-wide understanding of core ERP business processes and integrations, systems & data
  • 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing resilient and robust architectures for large and complex implementations.
  • Experience working with large application platforms and their partners such as: Oracle EBS, Microsoft platforms including Dynamics, CISCO Contact Center, and SaaS providers such as ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience or familiarity with engineering design configurators, sales configurators, and PLM systems.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise with cloud services with a focus on Cloud-based application design; previous experience in migrating enterprise applications to the Cloud is a plus
  • Proven experience in developing enterprise and solution level architectural designs.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
  • Strong background in risk management methodologies as they relate to integration/software engineering.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing technical solutions, and presenting proposed solutions to customers.
  • 5+ years in Project Management or similar role, preferably in software/technology, using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong documentation skills and experience generating technical documents, diagrams, solutions specifications, guidelines, processes, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques.
  • Proven project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience with services-oriented architecture.
  • Confidence and experience with multiple development languages, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Oracle certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and OIC are a plus.
