Job Description

At TOMRA, we are transforming how resources are collected, recovered, and reused around the world. To support our continued digital growth, we are looking for an Integrations Engineer to join our Business Systems team and help build the technology backbone that connects our critical business applications and partner platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of TOMRA's digital ecosystem, designing and developing integrations that enable seamless data flow across ERP, CRM, Customer Care, and external systems. You'll help shape our enterprise integration landscape while working with modern Azure technologies in a collaborative, international environment. 

What You'll Be Doing

As an Integrations Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining TOMRA's Azure Integration Services platform. You'll work closely with business systems experts, architects, infrastructure teams, and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable integrations that support operations across Europe and beyond. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining integrations using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, ADF, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.
  • Developing API-based, event-driven, and batch integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Creating reusable integration components and contributing to a scalable integration catalogue.
  • Supporting testing activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Implementing monitoring, logging, and error-handling capabilities to ensure reliability.
  • Working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to automate deployments.
  • Collaborating with architects, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver business-critical solutions.
  • Supporting governance, security, and platform standards across the integration landscape.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We believe you'll be successful if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in integration development or cloud-based software development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Talend, or similar solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of API-led, event-driven, and message-based integration patterns.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, Contact Center, WMS, TMS, or partner systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control.
  • Understanding of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
