What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for an Integrations Consultant to join our India Team!
The Integrations Consultant will be responsible for scoping, designing, implementing, and testing proposed solutions. Working closely with our client partners you’ll develop relationships with key technical resources while building tangible business value. Continuous client education and enablement throughout various deployment phases are what make Spaulding Ridge a leading firm during sales selection processes.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Ability to collaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with client business objectives.
- Ability to build mock Proof of Concepts for Data Integration with Anaplan, Workday, Salesforce, and a variety of Cloud-based or on-premise Business Systems for potential clients.
- Experience working with DBAmp for Data Migration
- Experience working on Data Migration projects
- Ability to identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using standard methodologies that you may be required to develop.
- Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of client business needs, goals and objectives.
- Capable of developing solutions by designing system specifications standards and functional requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, which will include developing and maintaining integration processes using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts, tools, and methodologies
- Proficiency in data mapping, data transformation, and API management
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of web services, REST, SOAP, and JSON
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Certification in Dell Boomi (Associate or Professional) is a plus
