Job Description

Our integration landscape is growing quickly, with an increasing number of supplier requests and ongoing projects.

At the same time, we’re investing in long-term improvements such as standardisation and new tools (e.g. integration platforms and portals) to make our processes more efficient.

We are looking for an Integrations Analyst to join our Supply Chain IT team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth integrations between our internal systems and our suppliers’ ERP platforms, supporting efficient and reliable data exchange.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
  • Coordinate communication between suppliers’ IT teams, AUTODOC development teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and support existing integrations, identifying and resolving issues when they arise
  • Perform testing and validation to ensure integrations meet requirements
  • Document processes and maintain the internal knowledge base
  • Gather and clarify integration requirements with stakeholders
  • Contribute ideas to improve integration processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in integrations or a similar role
  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Technical knowledge:

  • Integration technologies such as APIs, EDI, ETL, or ESB
  • Protocols like FTP, HTTPS, AS2
  • Data formats such as XML, JSON, IDOC, EDIFACT
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

Nice to have:

  • Experience with tools like Postman, FileZilla, or integration platforms such as SAP CI, MuleSoft, or Boomi
