As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will lead a dedicated team in architecting and executing integration solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. Your expertise in WebMethods will be instrumental in aligning our integration strategies with business goals, ensuring that our systems work seamlessly together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of integration engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in WebMethods integration.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using WebMethods, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Oversee the testing and deployment of integrations, ensuring all processes are thoroughly documented and optimized.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional integration designs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in integration technology, particularly with WebMethods, to leverage new solutions.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, driving their professional development.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and resolve integration-related issues as they arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration projects, with at least 3 years of expert-level experience in WebMethods.
- Strong understanding of API development and integration methodologies.
- Proficient in the WebMethods suite including Integration Server, Designer, and Universal Messaging.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for integration purposes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize integrations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience related to architectural design for integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
