What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Integration Support Specialist who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving seamless system integrations for technology clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You should have a proven track record of leading integration projects, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.


Position Overview

As the Integration Support Specialist, you will oversee system integration and lead enhancements to our integration architecture, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and troubleshooting integration issues, planning and executing integration-related projects (such as onboarding new vendors and upgrading servers), and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.


You will manage risks associated with partner system changes, monitor critical application functions, and execute rapid incident response processes to maintain system reliability. Your technical expertise will be essential in supporting transitions from legacy systems to modern architecture and ensuring stable, scalable connectivity for ongoing business growth.


Role Responsibilities
  • Oversee system integrations and lead enhancements or updates to integration architecture, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Perform initial analysis of integration issues, including troubleshooting file transmission glitches, identifying root causes, and engaging the appropriate technical resources.
  • Plan and execute integration-related projects such as onboarding new vendors, upgrading servers, and implementing or updating communication protocols.
  • Coordinate communication with internal management, external partners, and vendors to maintain alignment, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure smooth integration workflows.
  • Manage risks arising from changes or errors in partner systems and monitor potential threats to critical application functions.
  • Maintain continuous monitoring and execute rapid incident response processes to ensure system reliability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in integration technologies and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of evolving technologies and integration frameworks.
  • Ability to identify and resolve compatibility issues resulting from partner upgrades or the introduction of new tools.
  • Adaptability in creating technical workarounds when faced with system limitations.
  • Knowledge of data regulatory requirements, with the ability to meet strict external regulatory deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as EDI, FHIR, HL7, NCPDP, and experience supporting transitions from legacy systems to modern architectures.
  • Skill in ensuring stable, scalable connectivity to support ongoing business expansion for clients and partners.
