Credence is seeking an Integration Support Manager to support the Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC) at Vandenberg SFB. This position provides critical mission integration, operational coordination, and cross‑functional support to Space Delta 5. The Integration Support Manager enables mission readiness by synchronizing activities, stakeholders, processes, and operational objectives across the CSpOC enterprise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate integration of mission capabilities, activities, and processes across the unit, headquarters, and acquisition organizations
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive mission capabilities listing and its supporting information
- Serve as a primary liaison between Space Force operators, acquisition program leadership, and technical partners
- Support daily operational rhythm, mission planning, and workflow alignment surrounding various mission capabilities
- Identify and resolve integration challenges, escalating issues as needed to ensure mission continuity
- Provide support to any testing activity surrounding CSpOC mission capabilities
- Facilitate communication and tasking flow among military, civilian, and contractor personnel
- Support onboarding and assimilation of new mission capability entering the operational environment
- Maintain awareness of mission objectives, operational constraints, acquisition programs impacting the unit, and interdependent activities
- Provide support to sustainment actions and activity surrounding CSpOC mission capabilities
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required
- Experience supporting DoD, Space Force, or Joint operational environments
- Background in operations, maintenance, mission integration, acquisition, ops support, or cross‑functional coordination
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑engagement skills
- Ability to work within classified environments and coordinate across secure facilities
- Prior exposure to CSpOC, US Space Forces-Space (S4S), space operations, acquisitions, or related mission areas strongly preferred
