Job Title: Integration specialist
Role Overview
The Integration specialist role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software development and execution including integration across multiple applications, systems, and platforms. This role ensures seamless execution, data flow and alignment with business objectives while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of application software projects including integration
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Track progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Integration Management
- Oversee integration of enterprise applications
- Coordinate with architects and developers on integration design and implementation
- Ensure compatibility, scalability, and performance of integrated systems
- Drive AI strategy and execution
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, vendors, and third parties
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies
- Resolve technical and operational issues including integration challenges
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards
Quality Assurance & Delivery
- Ensure quality assurance activities including CI/CD, test automation, etc.
- Validate data accuracy, system performance, and reliability
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred)
Experience
- 12-15yrs of Software development experience in .net technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in software project management
- Proven experience in application integration or system implementation projects
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- APIs (REST/SOAP)
- .Net technologies, C++ (good to have)
- Cloud platforms (AWS
- Data integration
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
Project Management Skills
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills
- Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, or Asana
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Leadership and team coordination skills
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
