Integration Specialist – Temporary Position

LiveU is the world leader in live streaming, providing high-quality, low-latency live broadcast from anywhere, anytime. We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join the BA (Business Applications) team within the MIS department. The BA team serves as the strategic execution arm of MIS, responsible for delivering, maintaining, and optimizing LiveU’s internal business applications while ensuring robust architecture, platform reliability, and effective enablement across the organization. 

In this role, you will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between internal systems, while leveraging AI technologies to enhance automation and data-driven workflows. You will play a key role in connecting platforms, optimizing business processes, and supporting the organization’s growing adoption of AI-driven solutions across business-critical platforms such as Priority ERP, Salesforce, integrations, and automation tools. This is temporary position for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities -

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal and external systems (Priority, Salesforce, Workato, Zendesk, etc.). 
• Build and manage API-based integrations, data pipelines, and automation workflows. 
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI tools and agents to improve business processes and efficiency. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the BA team to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions. 
• Ensure reliability, performance, and monitoring of integration processes. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across systems. 
• Maintain documentation for integrations, data flows, and architecture. 
• Stay up to date with integration technologies and AI trends, proposing improvements and innovations. 
• Mentor and train key users on N8N, promoting best practices and enabling effective, consistent adoption across teams. 
• Support cross-team initiatives involving automation, AI, and system connectivity. 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in system integrations. 
• Experience working with APIs (REST/JSON), webhooks, and integration platforms. 
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., GPT-based solutions, automation tools like n8n / Workato/ Make / Zapier). 
• Experience with integration middleware or iPaaS solutions – advantage. 
• Understanding of data flows, system architecture, and Information Systems ecosystems. 
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with business stakeholders. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication skills in English.
