With a global presence spanning the US, France, Poland, Spain and India, our Integration solutions team consistently delivers over 50 business projects annually across various Digital Units. Integration Solutions team delivers projects leveraging standard platform offerings based on Informatica, Tibco, Managed File Transfer, API services and telemetry/Observability aligned with the Sanofi cloud strategy.

What you will be doing:

• As an Integration Solutions Expert, you will play a pivotal role in helping us build a world-class team of Integration Solutions Experts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Main responsibilities: -

• Guiding Digital teams in designing fit-for-purpose application and data integration solutions.

• Supporting the transition from traditional integration platforms to modern architectures aligned with our cloud strategy.

• Knowledge of various integration design patterns and how best to leverage them.

• Deep understanding of SAP Integration, APIs, event driven and messaging, etc

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data structures, workflows, and integrations.

• Defining and developing best practices in data integration and engineering.

• Partnering with developers to bring integration designs to life.

• Evaluating and recommending alternative design and development options.

• Develop and maintain integration scenarios, best practices, development frameworks, monitoring frameworks and automation (deployments) capabilities.

• Define and develop best practices on data integration/engineering, including ETL/ELT and application integration aligned with enterprise architecture.

• Knowledge in Telemetry concepts/tools and implementing observability capabilities

About You

• Work Experience:12+ years progressive experience working on integration, file transfer, and enterprise messaging platforms.

• Proficiency in TIBCO, Informatica Cloud(IICS), RabbitMQ, Kafka, and more.

• Experience in Agile/scrum, multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

• 7+ years of experience in either an IT leadership or individual contributor position, managing critical and technical projects.

• Experience in guiding, leading and managing external partner teams towards successful execution of projects delivery on-time and within the budget. Able to lead/execute multiple parallel projects.

• Minimum Required Skills:

• Experience working with a variety of cross-functional teams

• Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and manage multiple priorities 

• Pragmatic and capable of solving complex issues 

• Service-oriented, flexible team player

• Attention to detail & technical intuition

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for executive level communication and collaboration

• Minimum Preferred Skills:

• Strong Regulatory Experience (GxP, Sarbanes-Oxley, French Data Protection Act (FDPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

• Good knowledge of AWS/Cloud Computing (Knowledge of Azure or AWS a plus)

• Experience (and enjoyment) working with emerging technologies

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Information Management with a focus on Engineering.  Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.

• Language Requirements: Fluent in English
