As Integration Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions across APAC. You will drive the evolution of our integration landscape by applying modern architectural techniques—including composability—to enable agility, interoperability, and cloud-native performance.

In this highly visible role, you will blend technical leadership with strategic influence—driving collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure integration efforts align with enterprise architecture standards and deliver measurable business outcomes across markets.

What you can bring to the team…

Strategic & Technical Leadership

  • Minimum 5 years in integration architecture or lead engineering roles, ideally within multinational or consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to lead integration strategy across complex, multi-system landscapes, aligning with enterprise architecture and business goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, guiding cross-functional teams and influencing architectural decisions across domains.

Composability & Modern Architecture

  • Deep understanding of composable architecture principles, including modular design, capability-based integration, and interoperability across systems.
  • Experience implementing capability platforms and composable services using modern frameworks (e.g., MACH, MASA, microservices).
  • Familiarity with canonical governance and its role in enabling data consistency and interoperability across composable units.

Integration & API Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with API lifecycle management and integration platforms (e.g., Microsoft APIM, Mulesoft, Kafka, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function App).
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MQ, JMS) and middleware/ESB technologies (e.g., Azure, BizTalk).
  • Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.

Architecture Governance & Best Practices

  • Skilled in defining integration standards, design patterns, and governance models to ensure architectural consistency and quality.
  • Experience working with enterprise architecture boards and contributing to strategic architecture decisions

Agile, Product-Centric & DevOps Mindset

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, iterative delivery, and outcome-driven development.
  • Experience in product-centric delivery models, emphasizing long-term ownership, continuous improvement, and user-centric design

Cloud & Security Awareness

  • Strong technical background in cloud-native integration and infrastructure, especially Microsoft Azure.
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in integration contexts, including PII handling and federated data models

Collaboration & Communication

  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across business, digital, and technology teams, especially in omnichannel and retail transformation contexts

Education & Bonus Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in luxury retail or digital innovation is advantageous.
