The Integration Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of integration projects, ensuring alignment on next steps and effective resource management. This role involves actively participating in project tasks and working closely with the integration team, stakeholders, and Navia leadership to ensure project goals are achieved and progress remains uninterrupted. The Project Manager navigates cross-departmental interactions, guiding the project through key milestones while playing a hands-on role in the integration process. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to support timely and successful project execution.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for tracking all phases of the integration project
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, milestones and resource requirements needed to successfully complete integration
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and gather feedback
- Attend meetings and take thorough, accurate notes, capturing key points, decisions, and action items.
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to guide projects through the execution phase, working proactively to remove roadblocks and keep consistent commitment from project resources
- Ensure that all project implementations follow a high standard of communication, including coordination of trainings, documentation, and announcements
- Provide frequent and effective communication with the project team and leadership, including status updates
- Actively participate in project tasks and deliverables, contributing directly to the project's execution
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and gather feedback
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing projects in a professional, multi-team environment
- Experience managing projects involving developer resources
- Experience analyzing project risk, including identifying risks and creating mitigation plans
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years experience managing cross-functional project teams
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Office
