About the Role

The Integration Product Manager is an innovative leader who will develop and manage tools that streamline the integration of CrunchTime data into various corporate technology stacks. This role focuses on collaborating with internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless and efficient implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for all inbound integration.

In this role, you will work on the roadmap for all inbound integrations, collaborating with Engineers and Designers to build the next generation of capabilities. We are looking for a customer-centric, data-driven, and outcome-oriented Product Manager to join our product team.

You should be an avid learner, an influential communicator, and a systems thinker with the ability to leverage an analytical mindset and drive decisions using data. A bias toward ownership, detail-oriented thinking, and a desire to work in true partnership with Engineering and Design are essential.
  • Seamless execution and planning skills, along with experience and familiarity with customer and product discovery frameworks and tools such as User Story Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, User Personas, Jobs to be Done (JTBD), and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Being part of cross-functional teams with members from Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Design, where each team has clear OKRs that they are responsible for.

What you’ll do as an Integration Product Manager

  • Lead customer and product discovery to launch innovative solutions
  • Design and execute on the current product vision
  • Craft and own the product backlog for new features
  • Triage and prioritize bugs to maintain a cohesive and seamless user experience
  • Build personal relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to gain deep understanding of their Jobs to be Done, pain points and goals
  • Drive product development with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers
  • Define and analyze metrics to inform product success and iteration

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical software products focused on data integration
  • Proficient in integrations, encompassing both file and API-based solutions, with good experience in REST API.  Skilled in manual API requests using tools like Postman and Insomnia.
  • Experience building and iterating products with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Systems thinking and analytical mindset to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
  • Ability to engage directly in technical conversations and translate to a non-technical audience

Nice to haves

  • Experience with one or more Point of Sale systems is highly desirable
  • Experience leveraging Lean Product Development methodologies
  • Domain experience in food service, food safety, QSR/FSR, retail operations, operations research or related fields
  • Experience with significant change management and projects spanning multiple product offerings and technical platforms
