The Jr Integration Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the integration of various systems and applications within the organization. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to monitor integration platforms and applications in all environments plus incident resolution with in SLAs.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
- Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders regarding integration processes and related systems.
- Implement bug fixes and minor enhancements for existing integrations, also provide UAT testing and hyper care support.
- Create and update documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Create and Manage Ops Monitoring Dashboards and KPIs to ensure application performance and SLAs are met.
- Perform Application upgrades and Manage SSL Certs etc.
- work with product vendors to troubleshoot platform issues and/or any product bugs.
- Provide training and support to junior resources as applicable.
- Flexible on-call/weekend support rotation as applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT or related field.
- 1+ years of experience with integration or related platforms.
- Expertise in Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Function Apps and API Management
- Knowledge of Azure Functions and their role in integration scenarios
- Strong Knowledge on C# .Net for serverless Architecture. Additionally, liquid template and XSLT mapping experience
- Certification in Microsoft AZ-900
- Knowledge of Integration Mapping and Data formats like SOAP, XML, JSON and Flat files.
- Incident and Change Management experience with Service NOW or related
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and Interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Splunk or similar platform is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and code repository like GitHub, Azure DevOps
- Understanding Cloud Concepts and Network connectivity.
- Experience with DB SQL queries and Scripting is a plus.
- Experience working with Postman and Automating test cases.
- Knowledge of Project and Test Management tools like Azure DevOps,
