As an Integration Manager, you will lead the integration and testing of these systems, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal risk for our customers.
What will you be doing?
As an Integration Manager, you will be part of the project management team for major airport projects. You will oversee the system on a functional level, focusing on design, integration, and testing activities. Your goal is to ensure that customer requirements are translated into robust solutions while managing technical risks inherent to complex systems.
Responsibilities
Manage the functional design to ensure customer requirements are translated into the right solution with minimal risk.
Advise on the use of standard solutions and assess the impact of special solutions.
Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop and execute system integration plans, test plans, and specifications in collaboration with Solution Architects and Integration Engineers.
Manage the test phase and ensure a smooth transition to operational processes.
Monitor progress and provide clear, concise reporting.
Oversee component deliveries and validate supplier compliance.
Ensure successful handover of the system after thorough testing.
What do we ask from you?
A technical or logistics education at Bachelor level or higher.
Familiarity with logistics processes and systems engineering (requirements management, verification & validation, change and configuration management).
Strong analytical skills and ability to think at system level.
Proactive, pragmatic, and able to balance quality, lead time, and cost.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and ability to motivate and build teams.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time, depending on project phases.
About the team
You will join the System Integration department, part of Vanderlande’s Airport Solutions business unit. Our team is responsible for system design, testing, and integration of airport systems worldwide, serving customers such as Amsterdam Schiphol, London Heathrow, Hong Kong International Airport, and JFK.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €5.425,00 to €6.400,00 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
