JOB DESCRIPTION:
Driven Brand's Solution's delivery team is looking for an Integration Manager who wants to make a difference!
Reporting into the Director Business Systems, this role will be responsible for managing the integration of applications and data across the organization. This role involves overseeing integration projects, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with various teams to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of system architecture, middleware technologies, and modern integration practices.
How you will Own It:
Lead and manage application and data integration projects from inception to completion.
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, APIs, and middleware.
Ensure data quality and integrity across all integration processes.
Collaborate with business analysts, software developers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions.
Oversee daily integration operations, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain documentation for integration processes and solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in application and data integration technologies.
What you’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in application and data integration, ETL processes, and data management.
5+ years of experience with integration platforms (e.g. Boomi, MuleSoft).
Demonstrates deep expertise in various system integration disciplines (APIs, pub/sub, WAF, microservices, event driven, monitoring and alerting etc.)
Familiarity with enterprise data exchange protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Certification in application and data integration or related areas (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, Azure Integration Expert).
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its data integration services.
Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
