We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Team Leader to oversee the integration of our new Core Banking System with various enterprise systems, including Business Process Management (BPM), CRM, Data Warehouse, Reporting, Risk, Compliance, and Digital Banking (Online & Mobile Applications). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API management, middleware solutions, and banking system integration to ensure seamless data flow, high performance, and security compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the integration strategy for Core Banking and connected systems.
- Lead a team of integration developers and architects.
- Develop API, middleware, ETL, and messaging solutions for seamless data exchange.
- Ensure real-time and batch processing meet banking operational needs.
- Maintain data integrity, consistency, and security across all integrated applications.
- Establish best practices for API development, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for integration components.
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2, Open Banking).
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and availability.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to align integration with transformation goals.
- Oversee UAT, SIT, and go-live planning for integration testing.
- Act as the main liaison between development teams, solution architects, and business owners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in development integration, with at least 3 years in banking or financial services.
- Strong
experience in integration platforms are a plus.
- Relevant expertise in Core System integration.
- Hands-on experience with API & Middleware (e.g., RESTful APIs, SOAP, API Gateway, Microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of ETL & Data Management.
- Experience with cloud & on-premise integration.
- Understanding of banking business processes (Retail & Corporate Banking, Compliance, Treasury).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple integration workstreams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working Hours and Terms
Working Hours: from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. accordingly.
Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 working days).
Hybrid Schedule: 52 days per year, equivalent to one remote workday per week.
