Technical

- Kong API Gateway (routing, auth, rate limiting)

- MQ / event-driven patterns (async integration)
- Oracle + PostgreSQL (read both)
- Postman / API testing tooling
Integration Points (hands-on experience preferred)
- ACCM — agency/commission management system integration
- Paragon — Garage/SFTP/email-based policy flows
- Salesforce — Unqork plugin or direct API
- ADI-BP — ACCM access path, JWT auth layer
- pol-sync-svc — R3 submission bridge (PACMAN→Oracle sync)
- EDI / SFTP file-based integrations
Soft Skills
- Vendor coordination (external system owners)
- API contract negotiation
- Incident triage across system boundaries
- Documentation of integration specs (sequence diagrams, contract files)
