Integration Lead Engineer

Your role:

  • Integrating different AI-based ADAS features into a company-wide platform.

  • Improving the existing features in terms of quality as well performance.

  • Lead discussions about integration and interfacing with other ADAS components.

  • Participate in technical discussions with our Agile teams.

  • Test the software in SiL (Software-in-Loop), HiL (Hardware-in-Loop) and in development vehicles.

  • Connect and deploy innovative solutions to a CI/CD platform.

Your Background:

  • Master’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related field of study)

  • 4+ years of experience writing software using C, C++ and/or Rust

  • 3+ years of experience writing software for automotive applications (preferably for ADAS systems: perception, planning or control modules)

  • Strong software development skills in C++/RUST: You have a passion for clean, well-tested, and documented code.

  • Practical experience with software development in Linux.

  • Practical experience with version control systems (Git), build systems (Make, CMake, Autotools) and code review tools (GitLab, Gerrit).

  • Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills & good interpersonal skills.

Nice to have experience:

  • Experience with software architecture, machine learning techniques and neural network

  • Experience with RUST, Python, WebAssembly, Bash. Bazel.

  • Experience in an Agile development environment.

  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional global teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge about automotive protocols (Ethernet, CAN, FlexRay)
