This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within the Phoenix or Austin area.
Summary
As an Integrations Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and maintaining integrations between Revinate and our customers. This includes integrations with a variety of Property Management Systems and web-based tools. You'll work closely with our Implementation and Support teams to ensure data quality and seamless communication across functions. Your strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and high standards for data integrity will be critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, monitor, and maintain integrations for both new and existing customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as needed.
Monitor and optimize data ingestion processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Implement strict quality control measures for all incoming data.
Develop and maintain internal documentation on data integrations and customer projects.

What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in system and data integration projects, ideally in functional analysis and technical project documentation, application installation and technical configuration & advanced technical support.
- Proficiency in at least three of the following: Web services and APIs (SOAP and REST), JSON, XML, and XSLT-based data transformation or SQL (scripting and data modeling).
- Experience with logging software and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and consistency.
- Intuitive problem-solving abilities and the ability to identify patterns.
