Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions, consult on transformation, the customer journey, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and implement integration solutions based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration processes.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on integration best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in integration technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of API integration methodologies.
- Experience with middleware platforms for data integration.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data mapping techniques.
- Hands-on experience with integration testing and debugging.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
