Title: Integration Engineer
Location: India, Chennai, Remote
Job Description: The Integration Engineer is responsible for establishing connectivity between client systems and Transact + CBORD product, configuring systems, and ensuring the product meets client specifications and requirements. They act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the integration process.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and debugging client systems
- Liaison with client technical resource
- Build templates for schools
- Build .xsl dynamic for payments products
- Perform UAT on new interface and product enhancements
- Provide technical expertise
Key Deliverables:
- Interface packages
- Documentation for interface packages and product modules
- Documentation of specification customization
- Functioning interface
