What are we looking for?

As an Integration Engineer at Bring IT, you'll be developing integrations between ERP platforms and the broader business ecosystem: CRMs, e-commerce platforms, banking systems, and beyond. Working hands-on with leading iPaaS technologies, you'll design and build integration flows that eliminate manual work, unlock clean data across systems, and give our clients the connected, automated operations they need to scale. 

Projects can vary all the way from integrating two internal systems (NetSuite and Salesforce), enabling e-commerce integration with an ERP (Shopify to NetSuite), enabling connectivity with customers through B2B, or connecting with data warehouses through A2A and B2B — you name it. Projects might require working with external partners. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead technical design and implementation of integration flows between ERP ecosystem and downstream/upstream systems. 

• Design, develop, and implement integration flows using iPaaS platforms. 

• Develop and consume REST‑based APIs and interface services. 

• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation between source and target systems. 

• Create and maintain integration artifacts, technical documentation, and configuration details. 

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to refine requirements and implement solutions. 

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). 

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects and performance issues. 

• Follow enterprise integration standards, security guidelines, and best practices. 

• Support production integrations, including incident investigation and defect resolution. 

• Analyze logs, monitoring alerts, and error handling mechanisms to identify root causes. 

• Implement fixes and enhancements to improve integration stability and performance. 

Skills 

• Business analysis / software engineering / integration engineering background.  

• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies. Should be comfortable with learning new platforms, tools, solutions, and business models.  

• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Workato, Oracle Integration Cloud). 

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and common integration patterns. 

• Experience working with JSON, XML, and data transformations. 

• Basic scripting experience (JavaScript, Python, or similar). 

• Familiarity with authentication methods (OAuth2, API keys, JWT). 

• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working across multiple systems. 

• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

• Experience building AI automation solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents 

• Professional services experience  

• E-commerce experience 

• Experience with ETL tools  

• Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL)
