About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Integration Engineer to join our team in driving 5G modernization for the telecom industry. This role is unique: it combines deep technical execution with high-level client engagement.
Currently, your focus will be 70% on Front-end Integration (project delivery, configuration, and implementation) and 30% on Back-end Support. As you grow with us, we plan to transition this balance to a 50/50 split, where you will evolve into a hybrid expert capable of both building complex systems and ensuring their long-term excellence.
What you will do
  • End-to-End Integration (70%): Lead the analysis, preparation, and execution of test cases. You will be responsible for the configuration, integration, and migration of Cloud networks and 5G infrastructure.
  • Technical Support & Evolution (30%): Provide high-quality support for existing systems, addressing inquiries promptly while proactively identifying measures to prevent future issues.
  • Autonomous Client Leadership: Beyond technical tasks, you are expected to independently organize and lead technical meetings with customers. You should be able to clarify requirements and present solutions without needing constant supervision.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Radio and Core Network Teams, acting as the bridge between customer needs and technical feasibility.
  • Strategic Reporting: Analyze project outcomes and report to both local and global support units to drive continuous improvement.

What you will bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the IT/Telecom domain is required. We are also open to JS5 candidates who demonstrate exceptional logic, fast learning abilities, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Communication Mastery: Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. You must possess the "Soft Skills" to navigate complex stakeholder environments and lead discussions confidently.
  • Organizational Power: The ability to take ownership of a project's communication flow and lead a meeting from agenda to action items independently.
  • Technical Foundation (Preferred but not all required):
    • Linux system administration
    • Shell-scripting / Programming (Python, Bash, etc.)
    • Virtualization & Cloud technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack)
    • Networking protocols and architecture
    • Database administration
