700Apps is on the lookout for an Integration Engineer Lead who will spearhead our integration projects and ensure seamless connectivity between various systems and applications. In this role, you will lead a team of talented integration engineers, guiding them in the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust integration solutions that enhance our operations and improve data flow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers, providing technical direction and support, while promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Design and implement innovative integration solutions that utilize modern API strategies and middleware technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs effectively.
- Oversee the testing and deployment of integration projects, ensuring quality assurance and performance optimization.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, addressing issues that arise and implementing solutions swiftly.
- Research and stay informed about industry trends and best practices regarding integration technologies.
- Document integration processes and maintain accurate records of system interactions and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in integration engineering or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of integration methodologies and technologies, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms like AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with data governance and integration monitoring tools.
