Octopus by RTG is enabling a top notch insurance company in KSA opening a digital hub in Egypt, seeking a highly experienced Senior Software AG Webmethods Developer to join our team at robusta. As a computer software company, we specialize in implementing digital transformation programs for various clients across different sectors and industries. In this role, you will be working with Tawuniya, one of our esteemed clients, to implement digital solutions and enhance their existing operations and processes. As a Senior Software AG Webmethods Developer, you will have extensive knowledge of the Software AG webMethods platform and will guide the development teams in building enterprise-level integration solutions. You will be based at one of our operations hubs in Egypt or Germany and report directly to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities- Develop enterprise-level integration solutions using Software AG webMethods platform
- Work closely with the project team to understand client requirements and refine solutions accordingly
- Provide technical guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality project deliverables
- Mentor junior developers and conduct training sessions on the Software AG webMethods platform as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in developing enterprise-level integration solutions using the Software AG webMethods platform
- Strong knowledge of webMethods Integration Server, Trading Networks, and related components
- Experience with Design, Development and Deployment of SOA-based applications
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experienced with Kafka & BPM
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders at all levels.
