Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for a detailed and results-oriented leader to become a part of our global Information Technology team as Integration Architect.
Sales, Marketing & Workforce Solutions (SMWS) is critical to the success and growth of TI as a company. Our mission in SMWS is to deliver a best-in-class and technically credible digital experience at all stages of the customer lifecycle, scale digital selling to the mass market, and accelerate sales and marketing through digitization and personalization.
As an Integration Architect within the Digital Experience Solutions (DES) group, you will be technical leader, responsible for architecting end‑to‑end digital‑experience platforms within Texas Instruments’ IT Solutions organization in India. This is a hands-on architecture leadership role and will ensure architecture issecure, scalable, well-modeled, interoperable, and fit for both operational and analytical use, while enabling domain teams to deliver independently.
The Integration Architect influences through technical authority, standards, and partnership, working closely with domain engineering teams, platform teams, analytics, and security.
The ideal candidate will bring in well-rounded expertise around software development, including industry awareness of web technologies, frameworks, secure and scalable architecture, and back-end services. Sharp focus on execution, organization, and efficiency is critical for this role, including decision making around strategic staffing, cost, and skills. The ability to develop and drive technical strategy and lead effectively cross-functionally is critical.
Responsibilities include:
- Define Solution Architecture – Design, develop and deployment diagrams for all new digital‑experience initiatives
- Technology Strategy & Roadmap – Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML services, edge, serverless)
- Standards & Governance – Establish coding standards, security baselines, CI/CD and observability best practices
- Proof‑of‑Concept (PoC) Leadership – Lead rapid PoCs to validate architectural choices and capture performance metrics.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Partner with product owners, UX designers, data engineers, security, and SRE teams across global TI to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer – Conduct architecture workshops, design‑review sessions, and code‑review guidance for development
- Risk & Compliance Management – Identify architectural risks (security, performance, vendor lock‑in) and ensure designs meet internal audit requirements.
- Documentation & Communication – Produce high‑quality architecture artifacts, runbooks, and executive‑level presentations for business partners.
- Continuous Improvement – Track key metrics (lead time, MTTR, MTTD, defect density) and drive process enhancements within the digital‑experience delivery pipeline.
- Build a positive and inclusive work environment with transparency, collaboration, and accountability
- Effectively partner with org and cross-org leaders to strategically drive successful results
- Identify and resolve problems with urgency and proactively solve issues ahead of time
- Ensure ongoing compliance with IT Security policies and procedures and leverage data-driven decision-making
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 6 + years of software development, with at least 4 years in Integration/Enterprise architecture.
- Strong experience working with Web technologies (like Spring, Angular, React, NodeJS), Microservices, Kubernetes, NoSQL DB like Mongo and, authentication methods like OAuth and SAML.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder‑management, proven mentorship/leadership, analytical mindset, ability to thrive in an agile environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification on public cloud platforms and/or architectural frameworks like TOGAF
- Experience in institutionalizing best practices around performance tuning, accessibility, Observability and SEO at enterprise scale.
- Technical acumen on CI/CD pipelines and blue/green deployment strategies on-prem and/or in public cloud environment.
- Working experience with building integrated and automated solution leveraging Gen AII with RAG and/or MCP offering contextual, personalized experiences and outcomes to achieve business outcome.
- Strong track record of implementing best practices and modern technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable digital solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high number of concurrent tasks, while mentoring team members and partnering cross-functionally
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing, engaged engineering teams.
- Ability to take initiative, drive for results, and be adaptable to change
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to drive strong execution
- Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships and manage multiple business partner expectations
