We are now looking for an experienced Integration & Solution Developer-Architect who can seamlessly blend enterprise architecture, integration design, and hands‑on development. The ideal candidate will drive end‑to‑end integration strategy across digital ecosystem, build and evolve scalable services, and work closely with multiple teams to deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, build, and integrate solutions that satisfy functional, performance, security, and compliance requirements while fully aligning with business objectives, technology strategy, service‑delivery priorities, and commercial constraints.
- Create architectural diagrams, data flows, and integration patterns (i.e., ESB, microservices, event‑driven).
- Serve as trusted advisor to internal and/or external clients for understanding the business/technical problem/need, translating them to, shaping and/or validating requirements and scope for the solution.
- Document the solutions and governing delivery, aligning the commercial aspects of client engagement (SOWs, project plans etc.) with the technical delivery solution.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills. Capable of sizing and costing of the architected solution’s integration services, present the solution to client and serve as trusted advisor to establish client confidence.
- Write clean, testable code (i.e. Java or relevant languages) or use integration flow language to develop, verify, deploy and analyze integrations. Implement APIs, connectors, message consumers, and transformation pipelines.
- Develop and maintain integration best‑practices. Enforces coding standards, versioning, and release management. Conducts peer reviews and provide constructive feedback. Maintain integration registry and metadata catalog, write documentation (Integration specifications, Test plans and scenarios).
- Partner with system owners, project managers, integration/data architects to align integration strategies. Act as trusted advisor in translation of business requirements into technical designs and user stories. Lead workshops and technical demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor service health, error rates. Implement alerting and disaster‑recovery procedures. Conduct post‑incident reviews and root‑cause analyses.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in software engineering, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years designing, developing and implementing systems integrations (ESB, API gateways).
- Understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Understanding on-premise and cloud infrastructure models.
- Experience in designing REST, SOAP services, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, API security (OAuth2, JWT).
- Experience in documenting architecture (UML, Enterprise Architect or similar).
- Experience in web services and data description standards (WSDL, XSD, XML, JSON); ETL/ELT pipelines, messaging, message queues (JMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ), streaming data, object storage (i.e. AWS S3).
- Hands on coding skills in i.e. Java; Database skills SQL (preferably Oracle; unit/integration testing.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding system metrics and monitoring, experience using observability tools
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR), information safety and integration’s security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian and in English; ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

- Enterprise Database platforms/RDBMS: Oracle DB and/or PostgreSQL
- Integration Architecture: Breaking down complex systems into components that can be reused across different processes. Adopting standard protocols and formats for data exchange ensures compatibility between different systems. Tend to design with flexibility in mind. Understand increasing importance of data security and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with Cloud platforms i.e. AWS, GCP, Azure or others.
- Experience with CI/CD processes, design / build pipelines, usage of tools (Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (i.e. Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk). Load testing, profiling, and latency optimization. Implement alerting, auto‑scaling, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
- Certifications: TOGAF, AWS / Azure or other similar.
Salary range: 4.400-6.000 €
