You will join IT Integrations team which forms part of Business and Information Technology department. We are a new team with focus on internal data integration and application integration.
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with a deep understanding Azure Integration Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex integration architectures to support our organization's evolving needs. This role requires expertise in development, data management, system integration, and a proactive approach to address challenges effectively.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and implement integration solutions to seamlessly connect various enterprise systems using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, and API Management.
- Automate deployment processes using Terraform, GitHub Actions and other CI/CD tools.
- Design scalable, high-performance integration solutions aligned with business goals, incorporating best practices in development and data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and align strategies with organizational goals. Communicate effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams, influence architectural decisions, and promote best practices in development, data governance, and system design. Mentor team members to ensure alignment with standards.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through architectural enhancements and code optimizations. Use data insights to improve resource utilization and efficiency.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data on integration platform, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective data governance practices.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides. Document data models and integration points for transparency and knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in integration architecture.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in integration architecture with a focus on system integration and Azure Integration Services.
- Strong expertise in system integration methodologies, API design, and data synchronization techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of CRM, ERP and HRIS system integrations and experience designing integrations in enterprise environment.
- Deep knowledge of integration patterns, including event-driven architecture, real-time integrations, and ELT processes.
- Relevant certifications and development/configuration experience in Azure technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
- Experience in implementing security protocols, identity management, and encryption techniques. Knowledge of data governance principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
What we see as an advantage:
