Role overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Integrations and Partnership Manager to join our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you will be the key contact for new and existing integration partners, ensuring seamless technical collaboration and fostering long-term strategic relationships. You will be responsible for evaluating integration requests, guiding partners through our integration process, and serving as the link between internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Evaluate and qualify incoming integration requests from potential partners.
- Onboard integration partners and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Clearly explain the integration process, tools, and timelines to partners.
- Gather and discuss integration requirements, proposing optimal and scalable solutions.
- Respond to technical questions and provide clarification on our system capabilities and limitations.
- Analyze integration proposals to identify gaps, potential risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with partners through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Support the Strategic Partner Manager Integrations in building and maintaining high-value partner relationships and integration initiatives.
Who you are:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a high degree of initiative, quality awareness, and process-oriented thinking.
- A background in the hospitality industry, with working knowledge of hotel operations and systems.
- Strong familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and their role in the hospitality technology ecosystem.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
