Job Description

Integration Analyst

Join our team at Korber Supply Chain Software! This opening is a direct result of our rapid growth and desire to become a distinguished provider in electronic data interchange (EDI) services. The Integration Analyst is responsible for ensuring invoice transaction sets transfer efficiently and accurately. This position also handles all aspects of onboarding, integration, maintenance, and issue resolution for our client’s trading partners.

This position is open to US citizens and is not eligible for work or student visas.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Monitor daily EDI operations: verify EDI transmissions, assure compliance, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis, exception handling, and re-processing when necessary
  • Work with clients and trading partners to gather requirements, define rules to build out logic, and respond to requests and questions
  • Test inbound and outbound transmission of EDI documents as well as other formats to make sure specifications are followed per the requirements of the client
  • Maintain best practices and proactively seek opportunities for efficiency improvements to recommend 

What you bring to the team: 

  • Requires Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Must practice the highest level of confidentiality of clients’ intellectual property
  • Proven ability to multitask, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to operate autonomously within a team structure
  • Ability to adapt to changes in work (i.e., new client requirements or specifications) and adjust working hours to accommodate busy periods
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills

Salary range 55 – 58K*

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
