We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Integration Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze systems, process data, and support seamless interoperability between enterprise software platforms and applications. Working directly with IT, software development teams, and end-users, you will help design, implement, and maintain scalable integration strategies, troubleshoot data exchange issues, and establish organizational documentation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze systems, processes, and data flows to support seamless integration and interoperability between disparate software platforms and enterprise applications.

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and executing advanced integration strategies and protocols to ensure reliable system-to-system data exchange.

  • Document and communicate integration requirements, system workflows, configurations, and data architecture standards at an organizational level.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT, software development, and project management teams to design, implement, and optimize custom integration solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data exchange, APIs, middleware, and system interoperability.

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on integrated systems, processes, and tools.

  • Identify opportunities for system workflow performance improvements and contribute to continuous infrastructure and data flow optimization.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must reside in the State of Florida.

  • Must reside within a designated HUBZone and be able to verify HUBZone residency if requested.

  • Must be a Junior or Senior undergraduate student, or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program.

  • Expected graduation date must be May 2028 or earlier.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

  • Must have resided at their current Florida HUBZone address for at least six (6) consecutive months and be able to provide supporting residency documentation if requested.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with system analysis, data mapping, integration workflows, APIs, and data exchange protocols.

  • Strong analytical, data management, and technical troubleshooting abilities.

  • Proficiency with enterprise IT tools, databases, software development methodologies, or Microsoft 365/SharePoint environments.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, clear technical documentation skills, and structured problem-solving abilities.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional engineering, IT, and operations teams.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priority tasks.
