Integrated Supply Chain Project Manager

Position Summary
Thales is looking for an Integrated Supply Chain Project Manager to be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional supply chain initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sourcing, procurement, manufacturing and ERP (SAP) systems with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive accountability, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
In this position, you will also be required to be a strategic thinker, equally comfortable working at a high level and diving into operational details to solve problems. Success in this position depends on exceptional communication, strong leadership, and the determination to overcome obstacles while maintaining project momentum.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain projects assigned, ensuring milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved; develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering, logistics, and other cross-functional teams to execute project objectives; build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Develop sourcing mapping and strategies to secure optimal manufacturing and delivery of business products; coordinate with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure alignment and execution.
- Identify potential roadblocks early and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track; monitor project performance, communicate status updates, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Ensure projects are executed in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, preferably in a global manufacturing and/or aerospace /high-tech environment.
- Proven hands-on experience on sourcing, procurement, logistics project management; track record in project management preferably global projects; proven experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration with functional teams.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (SAP); proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Power point Word, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.
- Strong ability to break down complex issues, identify root causes and develop practical solutions; proficient problem-solving skills - Strong strategic, critical and problem-solving thinking; strong detail- and results-orientation. Not afraid to challenge status-quo and constructive confrontation.
- Results driven, decisive and assertive in execution; holds self and others accountable, demonstrates strong ownership; self-starting mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks while dealing with disruptions in a fast- paced environment, seeing ‘ambiguity’ as an opportunity to improve.
- Excellent communication skills - Demonstrates effective consulting, negotiating, influencing and persuasive skills to diverse audiences; Resilience - Positive “can do” attitude and high learning capacity. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while dealing with disruptions and change in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Able to quickly adapt in a complex, multi-national, multi-cultural environment.

Special Position Requirements
- Schedule: This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. Standard working hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Periodic work outside of core business hours, including weekdays and weekends, may be required based on business needs. This position is also eligible for a 9/80 work schedule.
- Physical Environment: General office environment.
- Travel: This position may require domestic and/or international travel 20%.

Total Target Cash (TTC) 132,435.70 - 247,604.20 USD Annual

Skills Required
