The Integrated Supply Chain District leader owns Orders to Cash process execution in a District. The Leader drives cross-functional collaboration alongside E2E value chain, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures smooth, efficient order execution to meet Customer needs. The leader lands supply chain strategy and drives operational excellence to reduce cycle times, optimize spend, improving forecast accuracy, and strengthening quality of delivery to Customer.
Your role:
Proactively embeds quality in products and processes while adhering to business and regulatory standards
Drives integration across the value chain by identifying key factors and promoting cross-functional collaboration for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction
Leads strategy implementation to align supply chain processes with enterprise goals, focusing on service level increase and cost optimization
Develops agile supply chain processes and policies at the District level based on strategic objectives.
Takes ownership of planning and fulfillment within the District
Balances supply and demand through integrated planning to maximize performance and profitability
Ensures warehouse and 3PL landscape and performance meet current and future needs, regulatory requirements and deliver competitive cost and speed
Pursues continuous improvements in supply chain management concepts aligned with Customer needs
Leads and develops District supply chain team for short- and long-term capability
Advances digital transformation using transparent data and analytics for decision making
Creates and maintains a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers, including identification and management of occupational risk, provision of information and training, review of performance and provision of sufficient resources to maintain an effective H&S program

Demonstrated success in leading supply chain team within the Medtech or Healthcare sectors, displaying strong leadership capabilities.
Competency in supply chain management, change management, IWD and operational excellence
Capability to deliver results and adapt to dynamic conditions.
Expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, strong business acumen, and executive-level negotiation skills to drive organizational success and growth.
Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessments, and KPI management to improve performance through informed, strategic decision-making.
Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing teams, and overseeing operations.
At least 8 years of professional experience, supported by a bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, or equivalent
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
