As an Integrated Services Analytics Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development and delivery of key analytics, AI products and platforms to significantly improve Ford’s current capabilities. You will lead the charge to build and deliver a data and visualization platform that empowers the FIS organization with actionable insights, key reporting, and advanced analytics to drive the business forward. As a hands-on leader, you'll not only guide and collaborate with key partners and teams, but also directly own and deliver critical workstreams, ensuring this powerful eco-system becomes an integral part of FIS daily operations.
Although this is classified as a remote position, candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and articulate the product vision working closely with business partners, aligning it with Ford’s broader digital transformation goals.
- Products are focused on providing data and analytics solutions to grow the Integrated Services business.
- Empathize and deeply understand your target audience and personas to define the right problem to solve.
- Defining and driving the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the evolving needs of the business, technological advancements, and market trends.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data-driven insights, and business impact.
- Focus on Product Market Fit by maintaining a balance between business viability, user desirability and technical feasibility.
- Define quantitative and qualitative measures of success that drive value to Ford’s core objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business units to understand their needs and translate them into product features.
- Manage relationships with senior leadership, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

- Champion an iterative development approach with our business partners, driving delivery of Minimum Viable Products and continuous improvement through careful and deliberate prioritization.

Development & Delivery:
- Architect and lead the development of a cutting-edge analytics and AI solutions and governance framework for Integrated Services Analytics eco-system. This will be the central hub for data-driven insights and decision-making, empowering the FIS team to achieve their strategic goals.
- Own the Ford Integrated Services reporting and analytics roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights to FIS leadership and business teams.
- Lead a talented team of data scientists and analysts to define analytics strategy, gather critical metrics requirements, design compelling dashboards, and consult on data strategy across portfolio and individual IS businesses.
- Ensure the availability of key financial and operational metrics for ongoing leadership L1 reporting, including HEDE (Hours of enhanced digital engagement), Subscriptions and activation KPIs, Attach rate, etc. Your work will provide a clear and comprehensive view of the FIS business performance.
- Lead cross-functional product teams (Digital product, software engineering, design, data engineering, etc.) in the design, development, and deployment of the analytics and AI products.
- Drive widespread adoption of analytic solutions among FIS leadership, finance, and operations teams, establishing it as the trusted source of truth for the subscriptions business.
- Deliver an exceptional user experience by leveraging the Product Design framework, Design Thinking, and Storytelling with Data principles.
- Develop and document a robust support model, including monitoring, SLAs, and business continuity processes. You will ensure the platform operates seamlessly and delivers consistent value.
- Leverage the power of Generative AI to deliver enhanced business value and differentiate the FIS analytic solutions. You will be at the forefront of innovation, exploring new ways to leverage AI for greater insights and efficiency.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or similar data-driven field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in roles encompassing data, business intelligence, reporting, and data science.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and building compelling data visualizations to communicate complex insights to a variety of stakeholders.
- 4+ years of Project or Product Management experience that includes:
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs to deliver results under pressure and time constraints.
- Strong Ford OS behaviors - Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to mentor others and navigate complex decision making, Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and business partners.
- 2+ years of experience with Event-driven architectures; Domain-Driven Design; Public Cloud (Google Cloud - BigQuery, Looker, VertexAI); Cloud-Native architectures; Application Programming Interfaces; and Serverless, Kubernetes for model deployment and scaling.

- Deep Understanding of Vehicle Subscription Analytics: One year of hands-on experience in vehicle subscription analytics and reporting across diverse subscription domains like BlueCruise, FordPro, and Service.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $132,800- 250,800.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
