Role - Integrated Producer

Location - Hybrid until further notice


A little bit about the role:

The Producer develops and builds strong relationships with internal teams, becoming a trusted and valued advisor and delivery specialist, overseeing the portfolio of global and in-market campaigns and its cultural nuances. This role will be directly reporting into the Senior Producer based in Dubai, with support from the wider client servicing and production teams.


What you'll be doing: 

  • Working with globally supplied creative, delivering management of ATL (paid media) campaigns - retail and in-store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH.  
  • Working with offsite / international hubs to deliver work.
  • Delivering project ownership, with support from the Account Team, including: 
  • Interrogating and adapting client briefs so they’re Production and Studio friendly
  • Planning and booking the required studio resource with the Resource Manager
  • Briefing work to the creative team to execute.
  • QC of all assets before sharing with AMs.
  • Developing and managing project timelines.
  • Estimating how long a job will take.
  • Communicating project milestones to all relevant team members.
  • Final delivery of assets to AMs.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to deliver high quality work
  • Work collaboratively, motivate and encourage the closest and wider teams ensuring all team members remain focused on delivering the best work possible and feel supported in doing so
  • Be pro-active and therefore anticipate and rectify issues at the project outset before they become a problem. Identify, manage and mitigate against project risks at all times
  • Plan and schedule projects efficiently, therefore ensuring the optimum use of company resources.
  • Communicate project status internally according to agreed account process.
  • Oversee the creative output; acting as guardian to ensure quality is kept high across all projects.
  • Strive to follow and implement the best practice production process within BTG+
  • A strong passion for sport and particularly for the adidas brand. 
  • Ideally a strong background in advertising campaign production.

What you'll need: 

  • 3+ years experience working in an agency / high volume production environment with a strong focus on project management.
  • Experience working with a sports and lifestyle brand is a plus
  • Managing campaign adaptations across multiple platforms with a good knowledge of print, digital and video.
  • Cross channel experience; Retail and in-store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH and Press 
  • Experience with multiple projects across multiple languages at once.
  • A solid understanding of channel best practices.
  • A mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with high volumes of activity under pressure and effectively priotising workload.
  • Be a solution focused team member, with confident communication skills both internally
  • Strong project management skills and highly detail-oriented and organised 
  • Ability to quickly immerse in brands, problem-solve and be fully into role within 30 days
  • Smooth team operations with flawless execution of projects on time and with excellence
  • Confident in contributing to daily and project stand-ups 
  • A basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and AfterEffects and what they’re used for.
  • Good understanding of how long tasks take and ability to estimate time required for creatives
  • Comfortable with working with remote teams in different time zones and cultures
  • Experience managing projects from briefing to delivery
