  • Coordinate internal review and approval processes for artwork, retouching and proofs.
  • Identify production risks early and escalate issues where required to keep projects on track.
  • Liaise with external suppliers, printers and production partners to ensure seamless delivery.

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Prepare accurate studio and artwork estimates in collaboration with Account Management.
  • Monitor project budgets, timesheets and actual costs against estimates.
  • Proactively manage scope changes, minimising write-offs and budget overruns.
  • Support budget analysis and identify opportunities to improve production efficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate project records and timesheets.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop a strong understanding of client brand guidelines and ensure all deliverables meet required standards.
  • Coordinate image conversions, proofing and delivery of creative assets across print, digital and media platforms.
  • Maintain studio workflow systems, job tracking and project archiving.
  • Provide practical production advice throughout the creative process, balancing quality, timing and budget considerations.
