What you’ll be doing
As our Integrated Planning Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our media and digital marketing transformation:
- Own and drive end-to-end planning of paid media and digital marketing campaigns across brands and regions.
- Partner with local and central brand teams to align media strategies with commercial priorities and market dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize cross-channel campaigns (TV, digital, social, performance, etc.).
- Ensure a consumer-centric media approach through audience insights, channel strategies, and measurement frameworks.
- Track KPIs and develop data-informed recommendations for campaign performance and media investments.
- Foster a test-and-learn culture—from A/B experiments to creative innovation.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, healthcare, or other fast-paced, consumer-facing industries.
- Proven track record in media planning, digital marketing strategy, or integrated campaign management—in-house or agency side.
- Strong understanding of paid media channels (programmatic, social, TV, influencer, search, etc.) and how they work together.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—you thrive in matrixed, cross-market environments.
- Analytical mindset, you can translate performance data into action.
