  • Partner with the Brand Content & Connections Lead, media AOR, Demand Creation Leads, Insights & Analytics, and other SMEs to define measurable KPIs and determine optimal channel and budget allocation.
  • Ensure end‑to‑end strategic alignment between National and Retail media through one unified audience strategy, channel strategy, and activation.
  • Coordinate with agency and internal partners to optimize reach, frequency, and incrementality across all touchpoints, minimizing duplication and maximizing impact.
  • Integrate brand, shopper, and category insights to ensure the media plan matches how consumers move across the funnel and purchase environments.
  • Champion and build strategy for effectiveness gains as primary strategy for brand growth, while governing plans and execution to maintain/improve efficiency
  • Steward in‑market paid media performance with agency partners, ensuring pacing accuracy, optimization, and investment quality.
  • Lead quarterly MMM inputs and performance reporting, translating insights into clear optimization actions.
  • Support capability advancement for KCNA at large by contributing to enterprise test & learn agenda, codifying learnings into best practices, and championing high standards of excellence and innovation in media
