As an Integrated Media Manager, Senior Associate on the Paid Media team, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external media partners to develop and execute impactful strategies that engage audiences and drive business results. Supporting the Firmwide Impact Marketing team – who leads our brand reputation work both domestically and internationally, with a focus on uplifting local communities that build our economies –you’ll be excited by purpose-driven, impact-focused work. Working within a centralized, team-oriented environment, you will leverage your expertise, creativity, and analytical skills to make a meaningful contribution to your line of business and the broader media team. Your primary areas of focus will include channel planning, partnership building, and internal education.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist with architecting high-impact media plans in close partnership with internal paid media teams and external agencies, translating business goals into campaigns that move the needle.
- Lead with thought leadership by proactively scouting new advertising opportunities, cultivating relationships with premier media partners, and bringing fresh, first-to-market ideas to the table.
- Own campaign performance by managing reporting, surfacing insights, and driving post-campaign optimization that informs what's next.
- Align media strategy to Line-of-Business (LOB) objectives and contribute meaningfully to the enterprise's broader learning agenda and best-practice playbook.
- Build the roadmap: develop clear timelines for media planning, reporting, and cross-functional projects that keep every workstream on track.

- Proven mastery of complex, multi-channel campaigns: you've owned high-profile launches end-to-end and confidently steward the communications planning process from brief to brilliant execution.
- Exceptional relationship-builder and natural collaborator who earns trust quickly, builds credibility across all levels, and consistently drives business outcomes through influence.
- Gifted storyteller who can translate technical concepts and data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations that resonate with non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
